In this phase, the Provisional Veneto Government has the duty to guarantee the formation and work of a “Constituent Assembly” and of a High Court of Justice, to ensure national security, the continuity of public services and to restore legality on all own lands.

HERE IS A FIRST IMPORTANT RECOGNITION

Here is an important diplomatic note received from the Government of Doneck (Novorussia).

It is a diplomatic note that undoubtedly constitutes a turning point in the path taken by the MLNV for the official recognition of the Provisional Government and of the Venetian Republic itself, still occupied today by the Italian foreign state.Every comment seems to us superfluous and out of place, considering that the requirement manifested is that of compliance with the rules of international law to which the Doneck Government itself and this Provisional Veneto Government adhere.

MA NOI VENETI SIAMO O NON SIAMO ITALIANI ? 

Anche se la maggior parte dei Veneti è di Nazionalità Veneta per ius sanguinis oggi come oggi viene loro imposta illegalmente la cittadinanza italiana.

Noi Veneti non siamo MAI diventati italiani.

Un Popolo sottoposto a regime militare di uno Stato terzo è legittimato all’autodeterminazione.

Lo stato italiano, infatti, è straniero, occupa illegalmente i territori della nostra Patria, e adotta sistematicamente una politica razzista e colonialista nei confronti del Popolo Veneto.

Comprendere la storia del nostro Popolo è importante e ci può aiutare a capire quanto ci viene nascosto per non scuotere le coscienze di chi, erede di tremila anni di storia, si ritrova a vivere come schiavo in casa propria.

L’italia ha sistematicamente adottato provvedimenti d’autorità per cancellare dalla memoria del Popolo Veneto le proprie tradizioni, la propria cultura, la propria lingua e soprattutto la storia del proprio passato.

L’italia, quale stato straniero occupante che è, adotta da anni una sistematica azione di discriminazione razziale contro il Popolo Veneto, palesando un vero e proprio razzismo istituzionale allo scopo di annientare l’Amor Patrio e l’identità Nazionale del Popolo Veneto che sono valori universali per ogni Popolo e quindi inalienabili, irrinunciabili, incedibili e imprescrittibili.

Sotto il profilo storico consigliamo di farsi quanto meno un’idea di ciò che lo stato italiano tenta di nascondere in merito all’illegale occupazione della Serenissima Patria.

BUT WE VENETIAN ARE OR  ARE NOT ITALIAN?

Although most of the Venetians are of Venetian nationality for iussanguinis, nowadays Italian citizenship is illegally imposed on them.We Venetian have NEVER become Italians. A People subject to the military regime of a third State is entitled to self-determination.The Italian state, in fact, is a foreigner, illegally occupying the territories of our homeland, and systematically adopts a racist and colonialist policy towards the Venetian People. Understanding the history of our People is important and it can help us to understand what is kept hidden to us so as not to shake the consciences of those who, heir of three thousand years of history, find themselves living as a slave in their own home.Italy has systematically adopted measures of authority to erase from the memory of the Venetian People its traditions, its culture, its language and above all the history of its past.Italy, as an occupying foreign state that is, has for years adopted a systematic action of racial discrimination against the Venetian People, revealing a real institutional racism in order to annihilate the Patriotic Love and the National identity of the Venetian People who are universal values for each People and therefore unalienable, inalienable, untransferableand imprescriptible.From a historical point of view, we suggest at least to get an idea of what the Italian state tries to hide regarding the illegal occupation of the Serenissima Patria/ Serenissima Homeland.

MA LE ISTITUZIONE ITALIANE SUI NOSTRI TERRITORI ? 

Tutte le istituzioni italiane presenti sui nostri territori sono illegali e sono autorità e forze d’occupazione straniere, quindi agiscono in difetto assoluto di giurisdizione.

Tutti gli atti e/o i provvedimenti di qualsiasi natura posti in essere da una qualsiasi autorità straniera italiana nei Territori occupati della Repubblica Veneta sono privi di qualsiasi effetto giuridico in quanto posti in essere in difetto assoluto di giurisdizione ed altresì in difetto assoluto di competenza, ovvero in regime di incompetenza assoluta per materia e per territorio.

Ogni e qualsiasi atto e/o provvedimento, comunque denominato, in ogni sua fase e/o grado del procedimento, posto in essere da una qualsiasi autorità e/o ente e/o società privata e/o pubblica che agisce anche in nome e per conto dello stato stato straniero italiano sui Territori della Repubblica Veneta è a tutti gli effetti INESISTENTE, ovvero tamquam non esset.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ITALIAN INSTITUTIONS ON OUR TERRITORIES?

All the Italian institutions present on our territories are illegal and are foreign authorities and occupation forces, therefore they act in absolute defect of jurisdiction.All acts and / or measures of any kind carried out by any Italian foreign authority in the occupied territories of the Venetian Republic are devoid of any legal effect as they are put in place in absolute defect of jurisdiction and also in absolute defect of competence, or under the regime of absolute incompetence by subject and by territory.Any and every act and / or provision, however named, in every phase and / or degree of the procedure, put in place by any authority and / or entity and / or private and / or public company that acts also in name and for account of the Italian foreign state  on the Territories of the Venetian Republic is to all effects INEXISTENT, or tamquam non esset.

COME PUO’ DIFENDERSI IL CITTADINO VENETO DALLE ISTITUZIONI ITALIANE? 

Innanzitutto non sussistono elementi essenziali del «giusto processo», costituzionalmente garantito anche in ambito italiano (art. 111 Cost.), venendo meno i requisiti della terzietà e dell’imparzialità del giudice che dovrebbero garantire e tutelare la serenità, l’equilibrio, il distacco e l’indipendenza di giudizio del singolo giudice rispetto alle parti e all’oggetto della controversia.

Il potere giurisdizionale straniero italiano è espressione dell’autorità d’occupazione e nessun giudice italiano è terzo o può garantire una posizione di assoluta indifferenza e di effettiva equidistanza dalle parti contendenti, il Cittadino del Popolo Veneto e qualsiasi altra autorità d’occupazione straniera italiana … infatti accusa e giudizio sono facoltà esercitate dal medesimo potere straniero occupante italiano.

Per essere terzo e imparziale il giudice non deve avere un interesse nella causa, ma è italiano ed agisce con l’autorità conferitagli dallo stato italiano e in nome e per conto del popolo italiano al quale il Cittadino Veneto non appartiene.

Nessun giudice straniero italiano potrà mai essere un “giudice naturale” per il Popolo Veneto perché non è Veneto e perché non è garantita la sua autonomia e indipendenza rispetto agli altri poteri dello stato straniero occupante italiano. Ogni giudice italiano è soggetto alla legge italiana e non a quella Veneta.

Lo Status di Cittadino Veneto garantisce ai suoi possessori numerosi diritti applicabili nei confronti dello stato occupante Italiano.
Questo è il primo passo per vedere i propri diritti umani rivendicati nei confronti dell’oppressione straniera, che sia essa fiscale o di lesione dei diritti universali comunemente accettati e dove ne troviamo l’espressione scritta più nota nella Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani.

OW  CANTHE VENETIAN CITIZEN  DEFEND HIMSELF  FROM ITALIAN INSTITUTIONS?

First of all, there are no essential elements of the “fair trial”, constitutionally guaranteed also within Italy (Article 111 of the Constitution), failing  in the comply withthe requirements of the third party and the impartiality of the judge that should guarantee and protect serenity, balance, detachment and independence of judgment of the individual judge regarding the parties and the object of the dispute.The Italian foreign jurisdiction is an expression of the occupation authority and no Italian judge is third or can guarantee a position of absolute indifference and actual equidistance from the  parties to the dispute , the Citizen of the Venetian People and any other authority of Italian foreign occupation … in fact, accusation and judgment are faculties exercised by the same Italian foreign occupying power.To be third and impartial the judge must not have an interest in the case, but is Italian and acts with the authority conferred by the Italian state and in the name and on behalf of the Italian people to which the Venetian Citizen  does not belong.No Italian foreign judge can ever be a “natural judge” for the Venetian People because it is not Venetian and because its autonomy and independence with respect to the other powers of the Italian occupying foreign state is not guaranteed. Each Italian judge is subject to Italian law and not to the Venetian law. The status of  Venetian Citizen guarantees its holders numerous rights applicable to the Italian occupying state.

This is the first step to see their own human rights claimed against foreign oppression, whether it is tax or violation to generally accepted universal rights and where we find the best-known written expression in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

BASTA AVERE PAURA. 

Questo è il momento per un’operosa e diretta partecipazione di ogni Persona che condividendo i principi e gli intenti dei fondatori del MLNV decide e si riconosce come parte del Popolo Veneto e contrasta di diritto le autorità e le forze d’occupazione straniere italiane sotto l’egida del Movimento di Liberazione Nazionale del Popolo Veneto.

Citiamo quanto dice il diritto internazionale:

Cassese, cap. 7 – par 2.3

“… i movimenti di liberazione nazionale sono destinatari della norme sulla protezione e immunità degli individui che agiscono per nome e per conto loro.
E’ questa una conseguenza del fatto che tali movimenti sono degli enti autonomi ed indipendenti a livello internazionale.”

I Movimenti di Liberazione Nazionale, in questi casi, vantano diritti maggiori a livello internazionale, rispetto agli Stati oppressori.
Cassese, Cap7 – cap.2.1 – Autodeterminazione e uso della forza

Nel settore dell’uso della forza, quindi, l’affermazione del principio di autodeterminazione ha avuto una duplice conseguenza. Da un lato, esso ha ampliato la portata del divieto di cui all’art. 2, par. 4, della Carta delle Nazioni Unite, proibendo agli Stati di ricorrere alla minaccia, o all’uso della forza contro i popoli che invocano il diritto di autodeterminazione. Dall’altra parte, i movimenti di liberazione in lotta per l’autodeterminazione hanno il diritto di ricorrere alla forza per reagire contro lo Stato che impedisce con la forza l’esercizio del diritto di autodeterminazione.

STOP HAVING FEAR

This is the moment for the active and direct participation of every person who, by sharing the principles and intentions of the founders of the MLNV, decides and recognizes itself as a part of the Veneto People and contrasts the Italian foreign authorities and occupying forces under the law and under the aegis of the National Liberation Movement of the Venetian People.

Let’s quote what international law says:

Cassese, chap. 7 – par 2.3

“… national liberation movements are recipients of the rules on the protection and immunity of individuals acting by name and on their behalf.

This is a consequence of the fact that these movements are autonomousand independent bodies at the international level. “

The National Liberation Movements, in these cases, have greater international rights than the oppressor States.

Cassese, Cap7 – chap.2.1 – Self-determination and use of force

In the field of the use of force, therefore, the affirmation of the principle of self-determination had a double consequence. On the one hand, it has expanded the scope of the prohibition set forth in art. 2, par. 4, of the United Nations Charter, prohibiting States from resorting to the threat, or the use of force against the peoples who invoke the right of self-determination. On the other hand, the liberation movements fighting for self-determination have the right to resort to force to react against the state that forcibly impedes the exercise of the right of self-determination.

ADESSO BASTA ANCHE FARE CONFUSIONE. 

Molti avranno inoltre notato che sui territori veneti della Serenissima Repubblica ci sono innumerevoli gruppi, taluni anche organizzati come partiti politici in ambito italiano, altri che sono dei cloni di questo Movimento che non stanno servendo la causa, ma che creano confusione e disorientamento, intaccando la credibilità stessa del nostro operato, che è l’unico che sta seguendo il percorso riconosciuto dal diritto internazionale.

Chiedere a Roma o all’ONU di diventare indipendenti, facendo un referendum o quant’altro, è solo un modo per ingannare il Popolo in modo che non capisca cosa debba veramente fare, rimanga inerte ed aspetti che qualcun altro faccia, invece di responsabilizzarsi … non è più tempo di delegare ai partiti politici o a pseudo-movimenti il nostro futuro.

ENOUGH MAKING CONFUSION

Many have also noticed that in the Venetian territories of the Serenissima Republic there are countless groups, some even organized as political parties in the Italian context, others who are clones of this Movement that are not serving the cause, but that create confusion and disorientation, affecting the credibility of our work, which is the only one that is following the path recognized by international law.

To ask Rome or the UN to become independent, making a referendum or whatever, is just a way to deceive the People so that they do not understand what they really have to do, remain inert and waiting for that someone else does, instead of taking responsibility … it is no longer time to delegate our future to political parties or pseudo-movements.

COSA PUO’ FARE IL CITTADINO VENETO ? 

Il Movimento di Liberazione Nazionale del Popolo Veneto è ora pronto alla sua fase di assesto della macchina organizzativa finale.
Pochi uomini saggi e coordinati hanno sempre fatto la differenza.

Il principio di effettività dice che solamente le pretese e le situazioni solidamente costituite nella realtà acquistano rilevanza giuridica e spiega di fatto che per governarsi basta iniziare a farlo, non chiedere ad altri se è possibile farlo.

Questo è un principio cardine della sovranità di un Popolo, quel principio tanto temuto, che non vogliono che si capisca.

WHAT CAN THE VENETIAN CITIZEN  DO?

The Movement of National Liberation of the Venetian People is now ready for its phase of settlement of the final organizational machine.

Few wise and coordinated men have always made the difference.

The principle of effectiveness says that only claims and situations solidly established in reality acquire legal significance and explains that in order to govern oneself it is sufficient to start doing so, not to ask others if it is possible to do so.

This is a cardinal principle of the sovereignty of a People, that principle so feared, that they do not want it to be understood.

ISTITUZIONI VENETE 

Abbiamo un obbiettivo importante e urgente.

Al più presto dobbiamo costituire le Cernide, ovvero i Governi Veneti Locali e il completamento della formazione del Governo Veneto Provvisorio.

Dobbiamo dotarci di un sistema informatico sicuro e funzionale anche per consentire al Cittadino Veneto di interagire direttamente con il suo Governo.

Per fare questo non servono grandi numeri, ma Patrioti cioè Persone serie e votate alla causa.

L’ingente lavoro che dovremo affrontare richiede un impegno rilevante per tutti.

Saremo veramente liberi solamente quando non ci saranno più segreti e il Popolo sarà al centro del sapere per poter prendere decisioni.

Nel prossimo futuro inizieremo a formare un’economia parallela inizialmente con un’unica imposta sui consumi al 10%  che permetterà alle istituzioni della Repubblica di funzionare autonomamente.

Seguirà quindi l’istituzione della CASSA NAZIONALE VENETA per l’emissione del reddito di cittadinanza direttamente nelle tasche dei cittadini ma solo il tempo e il livello di coscienza dei Cittadini Veneti ci dirà quando saremo in grado di fare questo.

Si può teorizzare che in futuro, potrebbe non essere necessaria nessuna tassazione, ma riserviamo questa analisi a data da destinarsi.

VENETIAN INSTITUTIONS

We have an important and urgent goal.

As soon as possible we must form the Cernide, that is the Venetian Local Governments and the completion of the formation of the Provisional Venetian Government.

We must equip ourselves with a safe and functional computer system also to allow the Venetian citizen to interact directly with his Government.

To do this  do not need large numbers, but Patriots that is people serious and devoted to the cause.

The huge work that we will have to face requires a significant commitment for everyone.

We will be truly free only when there are no more secrets and the People will be at the center of knowledge in order to make decisions.

In the near future we will begin to form a parallel economy initially with a single 10% consumption tax that will allow the institutions of the Republic to function autonomously.

It will then follow the establishment of the VENETIAN NATIONAL SAVINGS for the issuance of citizenship income directly in the pockets of citizens but only the time and level of awareness of the Venetian citizens will tell us when we will be able to do this.

It can be theorized that in the future, no taxation may be necessary, but we reserve this analysis to a date to be allocated.

Ci auguriamo che questo periodo di transizione non si protragga per molto e tengo a precisare che anche tu che stai leggendo potresti fare parte della squadra a livello locale o federale.

Noi tutti nel MLNV ci impegnamo versando almeno 10,00 € ogni mese, ma chi tra noi può farlo si è impegnato anche molto di più.

Non dimentichiamo che l’importanza che diamo alla causa è sicuramente adeguata al contributo che possiamo ad essa destinare.

Il valore di ogni elargizione non può essere il frutto di un mero calcolo economico perché non c’è nulla di superfluo da destinare al nostro prossimo libero futuro.

Questa è una scelta che va fatta con coscienza e non pensando che ci sia sempre qualcun altro che debba  fare il lavoro e che lo debba finanziare.

La questione è assolutamente molto seria e all’impegno che chiediamo ad ogni Cittadino del Popolo Veneto il Movimento di Liberazione Nazionale non offre privilegi ma solo tanta responsabilità.

We hope that this transitional period will not last long and I would like to point out that you, too, who you are reading could be part of the team at local or federal level.

We all in the MLNV commit ourselves by paying at least € 10.00 each month, but who among us can do it is also involved a lot more.

Let us not forget that the importance we give to the cause is certainly adequate to the contribution we can make to it.

The value of every donation can not be the result of a mere economic calculation because there is nothing superfluous to assign to our next free future.

This is a choice that must be made conscientiously and not thinking that there is always someone else who should do the work and that he must finance it.
